1. Role of Groppi Health

We coordinate consultations, travel, accommodation and aftercare logistics between international patients and independently selected partner hospitals and specialists.
2. Medical Services
All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, surgeries, and follow-up care are provided by independent third-party hospitals, clinics, and licensed healthcare professionals ("Providers"). Each Provider is solely responsible for their own services, professional conduct, licensing, insurance, and outcomes.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Medical and aesthetic results depend on each patient's individual condition, biology, lifestyle, and adherence to clinical instructions. Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed by Groppi Health or by any Provider. Prices shown on this website, in the Price Calculator, or in any preliminary quote are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed by the Provider after a medical evaluation and may change based on diagnostics, complexity, materials, and clinical findings.

6. Patient Responsibilities
